Job Description
Talent Acquisition: Lead end to end recruitment activities to hire the right talent for the right time and place
People Management: Support all departments by providing robust people insights and solution for manpower issues
People Development: Analyze and propose strategies for competencies or development needs across departments
Performance Management: Liaise with all departments to create and perform the suitable and relevant monitoring and appraisal process
Business Expansion: Become the People Department representative in supporting other departments in executing operation expansion
Special Projects: Assist local and regional team for ad hoc projects that may occur
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in any major preferably Psychology, Management, Law, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 5 years as HR Generalist or 3 years as a HR Business Partner
Experienced in handling wide range of HR chains
Familiar with conduct Learning & Development process
Experienced in conducting manpower planning
Proven as a strong communicator and negotiator
